In my opinion, it is disadvantageous since, flexibility should be given on how they wish it to be utilized rather implementing a specific usage pattern.

In recent years, customers are willing to buy there items from large shopping malls, Therefore many small local shpos have to close.I think, this is not good for the county, because when we considering about the country, there are lots of people doing lots of small shops for living and aslo there are sompe people who have very good entrepinuer ideas for new business but they do not have lots of money. there for they have to start there business from the small shops. If the customers always select larger shops, I think enterprines can't build. So it is not good situation for the country. So I think, government has to get some decitions to avod these things
