Paid Vacation is a must for an Employee,based on the company policies employees will get either two weeks or more.As an employee I would support for having at least four weeks paid vacation.In most of the companies like IT,Manufacturing and Telecom industries, employee will have all the stress to deliver services and products on time. To achieve this delivery dates employees will work day and night.Employees who are under work pressure need to have minimum paid vacation of four weeks to get relieved from stress and relax.After the vacation employees will be menatlly active and destressed so that Employer can get a qualitative outcome from employees work.
