It is agrued that everyone has the right to access university education so government should make it free regarding of their finacical background. Personally, I partly agree with this point of view.

In every civilized society, the rule of law and adequate punishment are sacred entities of human development that should not be sacrificed on the altar of sentiments. Some are of the opinion that the prevailing circumstance surrounding a crime should be looked into before a judgment is given. I strongly believe that every crime must have a definitive punishment.
