Nowadays children watch much more television than they did in the past and spend less time being active or creative. What is the reason for this? What measures should be taken to encourage children to be more active?

Today children spend more time watching television than at any point in the past. The reason for this is the development of online streaming websites and parents should eschew smartphones to curb this trend towards passivity.

In the last couple of decades, several researchers started exploring space in order to develop the universe. Although there are those who support the research, some argue that the research is a waste of resources. In this essay, I will first discuss pros and cons and give my personal opinion.

children nowadays spend a great deal of time watching television.However, television cannot replace the book as a learning tool, which is why children are less educated today. To what extent do you agree with this statement.

In recent years, trend of children spending majority of their time infront of television has been increasing at a high rate and it is noted as a reason for low educational efficacy in them. I moderately agree with this statement and in my perspective, though television could help build creativity and talents, there are definite drawbacks to it such as addiction.

When it comes to food there are many options to choose from and they have a vast inclination towards the consumption of food from other countries. Certainly there are many driving forces behind this some of them are curious to try out international cuisines and affordable cost. There are many things that can be done to promote the locally produced food items such as eliminating food taxes and organizing competitions to promote chemical free local items. School is a temple for students where they read first page of their life.some people think that parents should not have only duty towards children behaviour but also schools should teach accurate behaviour and ethics to children. This essay will discuss my satisfaction regarding this statement along with some examples.

Completing university education is thought by some to be the best way to get a good job. On the other hand, other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important. Discuss both sides and give your opinion.

There is much debate about the best way to land a desirable job. Some argue that getting a tertiary qualification is the surest path to get hired while others contend that acquiring experience and non-academic skills is better. Overall, I believe that both academic qualifications and job experience are needed to secure a great job because both aspects are equally valuable.

Music plays an important role in individual’s life as it works as a stress buster for some people.It is considered by some people that music is a key way to combine various cultures and person who having different ages.In my opinion,it works as mediator and people become more friendly and increase their contact with whom having same interest.

Parental influence and family life have huge importance to the development of a child, according to many, while others opine that children's behaviour is influenced more by outside factors like friends, teachers and the surrounding environment. In my opinion, influences of parents, relatives and family life are essential for the proper psychological and physical growth of a child, but environmental and external influences are more useful for them to confront real life. This essay will discuss both views before drawing a rational conclusion.

At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

The proportion of elderly people in some countries, like Japan, is considerably higher while in some other regions, including some Asian and Western countries, young people comprise the highest percentage of their population. Having a larger proportion of youth is considered to have more advantages for a country and I think that a country should have more active and educated young population for faster development.

In some countries, people prefer to rent a house for accommodation, while in other countries people prefer to buy their own house. Does renting a house have more advantages or disadvantages than buying a house?

Selecting a place to live in and whether to rent it or own it is a big decision to make. Many people prefer to own a house rather than living in a rented apartment while there are others who choose to do exactly the opposite. I believe that owning a house has far more advantages than renting an apartment.

Many people join distance-learning programmes (study material, post, TV, Internet) and study at home, but some people think that it cannot bring the same benefit as attending colleges or universities does.

Distance learning, a modern phenomenon, has become widely popular, especially after the invention of the internet. In the pre-internet era, it was confined to posts and TV and could attract a nominal number of leaners. Despite a boom in home-based learning trend due to the technological advancements, it is not as much beneficial as attending a formal educational institute, as far as I am concerned.

Home is the most important part of life and while many people dream of a nuclear family, the rest prefer an extended one. In my opinion, the former have some advantages that outweigh the latter in terms of finance and emotion, therefore I lean toward a small family unit instead of a large group.
