The number of older people across the world is increasing these days. Some people think that this will cause problems in their countries; others believe this group is important to society. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Massive population growth has been a critical issue for developed and under developing countries. Adding insult to injury, imbalanced and the inconsistent ratio of population between older and younger age people is another serious problem which governments failed to tackle while handling mounting population. For a nation to grow strong or an organization to spread its wings wide requires senior citizen’s enormous experience as well as young individual’s strength and commitment. I concur with the latter part of the statement because elderly people contribute and play significant role in the society.

A sea change has been witnessed the notion like Japan masses can work until according to their own opinion. There has been prevailing issue in the world that employees should be allowed to work. Borrowing money is usually considered as an awkward situation. Some people even think that it might lead to the disruption of their beautiful relationships with their friends. However, I cannot say I agree with this idea.

The advancement in technology has not only benefited scientific discoveries but also remarkably impacted medicine and medical science. The century is blessed with comprehensive medical care and which has drastically improved lifespan among people. I firmly believe that due to increased lifespan the human civilization will be enlightened further and it will benefit society positively.

There are widely differing views on whether parents buy too many toys or not, Parents used to buy toys for their achievements or as a presents, on special occasion, I think toys are important for children's education and social development, however, having a large number of toys has consequences as well, I intend to explore the advantages and disadvantages of the said issue.

How people buy their needs has changed many times since the beginning humanity’s adventure. In recent years, customers prefer to shop in large shopping centres or malls, which has resulted in the closure of many small local shops. I personally consider this a positive development due to several reasons which will be discussed in the following.

It takes years to be an exceptional teacher, who can teach students without any hesitation and full of energy. I partially concur with the viewpoint that only a trained tutor can teach efficiently. In contrast, I believe even on the job training can be equally helpful. This essay will demonstrate that, although it is essential to enrol in a vocational teaching course to be designated as a teacher, but other traits such as higher education and soft skills must not be ignored while choosing a teacher.

It is a fact that, making the right decision at the right time is very important for the growth of a company. Many people believe decision making in a company should be centralized, while others argue that, companies should have a more collective approach to decision making. I believe, although it is very important to hear out the employees while making a critical decision, the final say should come from the upper management and in this essay, I will put forth my views with suitable examples.

I completely agree with this statement, because pictures draw attention and it makes the news interesting.

Indeed, it is supposed to be regarded as a vital part of their daily life. Therefore, long-working period is likely to be harmful for their relaxation and their growth of inventiveness.
