Preferring a house or flat as a living accommodation is a debatable issue nowadays.It is considered by some people that living in a house is a better option than living in the flats, while others believe that apartments have more advantages. In my opinion, they both have some advantages and disadvantages and this essay will discuss about both.

Thus the strengths of this far outweigh the drawbacks.
