At the present time, the population of some countries includes a relatively large number of young adults, compared with the number of older people. Do the advantages of this situation outweigh the disadvantages?

If people do not engage with the development of their countries, someone will not do it. Thus, young individuals are the main resource to conduct the present and the future of any society. In the same way, ancient ones have the responsibility to impart all their experience, therefore, from my point of view, it is supremely important to find a balance between both sides: new ideas and experience.

Research indicates that the characteristics we are born have much more influence on our personality and development than any experience we may have in our life. Which do you consider to be the major influence?

Researchers say that our personality & accomplishment are heavily influenced by our characteristics rather than whatever we experienced in our lifetime. In my opinion, experience plays a vital role to build up our own identity than the others.

As technology develops nothing remain untouched and paper is no exception, E- books downloads are beginning to change the way the information is created, disseminated and viewed. Although, establishments are struggling with piracy and life span of e books, individual will also gain an Eco friendly and no shipping and handling cost.
