With the rapid development of technology, some people believe that face-to-face communication will be totally replaced by other ways of communicating through the Internet. Personally, I strongly disagree with this statement.
Humans are considered as a social animal and it has been an integral part of their life. It is observed that there has been a paradigm shift from face-to-face interaction to internet networking and text messaging. I strongly believe that this trend will eliminate personal communication as the internet have a variety of tools which provides features for better connectivity and text messaging saves time in business domains.
The past few decades have witnessed the prevalence of Internet-based and technological communication. It is said that the presence of these communicating types makes face-to-face one archaic. From my perspective, I vigorously take issue with this view as some reasons given below.
For years, the society has triggered far-reaching changes in many aspects of our daily lives ranging from business, healthcare, education to communication. The prevalence of the Internet-based and technological communication is said to make face-to-face one archaic. From my perspective, I vigorously take issue with this statement as following reasons.
Nowadays people using the internet to resolve everything in their lives, digital communication is increasing each day more and this shows us that in the future will be unnecessary happen meetings in person. The internet and technological improvement are beneficial things for humanity, and these days we are seeing this with the Coronavirus pandemic, but on the other hand, like everything in life has the good and bad sides, the loss of the physical interaction between human beings is the bad side.
Mobile phones and internet access have changed our way of communication drastically. People, nowadays are more connected through online modes than offline ways. A lot of people believe that traditional communication will become extinct soon but I strongly disagree with it.
With the advent of technology, the means of communication has changed drastically. Some argue that an increasing number of people have adopted to communicate via the internet, SMS, video calls and other digital communication systems, make a point that classical communication will soon die out. I partially agree with this argument, though, technology is considered a bane to society, yet, the traditional way to communicate is far from being archaic.
