believe that a break is required for all employees and the organisation should make sure that their people are having a healthy

life balance. Once in a while, everyone should be given a chance to go out if their redundant

a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes
lifestyle
and should motivate them to go for a holiday with friends and family.

will improve the health and mindset of the

in turn help in the betterment of the company. People become more active since they will feel fresh and productive and there by helping the society and the employer.
