 life balance. Once in a while, everyone should be given a chance to go out if their redundant

a manner of living that reflects the person's values and attitudes
lifestyle
 and should motivate them to go for a holiday with friends and family.

 will improve the health and mindset of the

the capability of conscious choice and decision and intention

 in turn help in the betterment of the company. People become more active since they will feel fresh and productive and there by helping the society and the employer. In conclusion, how much ever busy we are, a break is indeed a necessity to make our mind and body healthy. Only a healthy body can have a healthy mind and I firmly hope and
