It is argued that organizations should reserve a certain

of senior-level positions for women given that the workforce is filled with more than 50% female.
This
essay strongly agrees with that because they have equal rights to be in the lead position and are equally intelligent as men. Women possess an equal

of rights as men in the workplace for being in a higher position in any company.

is because females are capable of doing the same

of work and providing the same level of output as males and they
