Most employers do job interviews before offering a position to a person. Do you think this is the best way to do it, or are there better alternatives? What is the best method of choosing employees in your opinion?

It is a general practice to take the interviews before offering the job offer letter. I do not think it is perfect, but I do not find any other method which can compete it. From my perspective, interviews combined with the mock tests serve best solution to hire an employee. There is a plethora of advantages of conducting an

in the recruitment process.

and foremost, a recruiter can test a person's ability in different aspect because of the multitude of stages in the

process. For an example, the decision making power and thinking of a person in a particular situation can be easily identified using behavioural

, how the one will behave in stressful situation can be recognized by conducting the stress

. Apart from that, written examination tests the relative subject knowledge, aptitude and thinking speed of a job hunter.
