Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a regular customer of your Air India airline and your air services are the best but today I am writing to complain about misbehaviour by your crew member with me on my
last
flight.
The first
thing I would like to tell you is that I was travelling from Delhi to Toronto on 25 June 2022 with my family on an Air India flight.
I would like to explain about the attitude of your team member as she was rude with passengers. During dinner time she served as
a meal in which bread was made from wheat flour.My daughter has an allergy to wheat So I called her and told her about my issue but Change preposition

of solving it she started arguing with me and said we do not have any bread without wheat. This
caused me substantial inconvenience because my daughter travelled the whole journey without eating anything.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could take strict action against her since this
behaviour could put affect your business.
