Dear Store Manager, I'm writing
this
letter to you in connection with the sofa I purchased from your store a week back. I purchased a wooden sofa from your store on the 7th of July.

is a custom-made product which is of dark golden colour. I paid 127.62 CAD for the item and I have attached a copy of the receipt for your attention. The legs of the sofa are a bit shakey and the paint is peeling off on its own.
Also
, when we try to sit as a family it often moves against the wall which frightens us that it might break if we lean on it hard. It would be of great help if you could change the legs and tighten to screws so it does not shake when we try to use it.
