Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing
this
letter to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service in one of your stores in Bandra, Mumbai. Actually, I am a long term customer to your store and I had never experienced such
an unpleasant behaviour from the staff during my previous visits.
However
, to my surprise, when I visited the store the last
week, no one paid attention to me for almost 20 minutes. Later, I called one of the sales girls and told her my requirements for the product but, she did not care about that. Moreover
, she was completely indulged in an activity on her mobile and this
made me even more furious. So, I stepped out of the store.
It would be highly appreciated if you could take the necessary training classes for the staff regarding behaviour and hospitality. It is of paramount importance how cordially the staff treats the consumer.
I eagerly await your prompt action on this
matter and intimate me about the action taken.
