You have just received a credit card statement from your bank. The statement lists a number of expensive purchases that you are sure you did not make. Write a letter to the bank manager. In the letter: • Introduce yourself. • Explain that you did not buy the items listed. • Say what you would like the bank to do to fix the problem. You do not need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to inform you related to my
credit
card
statement which has a list of expensive purchases not belongs to me.
To begin
with, My name is Anand Vaishnav. I am a resident of the Malad Area and have been using a Master
Credit
card
for the
last
5 years. I would like to express my concern regarding the transaction listed in the statement.
Although
I have not bought these valuable items,
for example
, Nike shoes, a Leather belt, Peter England shirts and pants and Casio watch, the amount of 25000 INR has been reflected in my purchase history. In fact, I have not done any shopping in the
last
month specifically using a
credit
card
. In view of the above, I would strongly request the bank to review all of my purchase histories and verify with the respective vendors.
Moreover
, I
also
urge you to block my
credit
card
immediately as I believe that someone has hacked my
card
and utilizing it on my behalf. I will visit the branch personally for
further
discussion and action. I am looking forward to your prompt action and necessary reply. Yours faithfully, Anand Vaishnav,
