I am writing to complain about the poor service I received in your Shiraz branch.
Please let me explain the problem. I went there to buy a new cell

. I asked one of the employees for a brand-new smartphone. Then
I paid the price and left the store. When I reached my home and opened the box, I realized that the phone
had been used previously.
For

reason, I came back to the store to return the phone
. However
, the staff did not take my complaint seriously and said that they cannot pay me a refund. I became really angry and decided to write a letter before I go to court and sue the store.
To avert making the situation more complex, you can pay me a full refund immediately. If it is not possible, please send me a brand-new cell phone
