I am writing
this
letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent dining experience at your outlet.
I visited "Taj Banjar" restaurant on 30th October , Linking Words
Firstly
there was no reservation table preserved even though I booked an online reservation , I waited almost 30 minutes before getting to the dining table. Linking Words
Secondly
the waiter not paying attention to my order, he is busy watching a cricket match. I ordered Chicken Biryani and Mutton soup ,but the cuisine tasted horrible , it was too salty . I was extremely disappointed with the food and service. The restaurant is not hygienic in terms of cleanness, and bad odor coming out of open the kitchen.
I am going to give negative feedback on your dining room as the service and taste of the food is very bad. I Will not suggest the hotel to my friends and relatives. I would suggest you give proper training to waiters and let them know how to behave with customers and maintain the hygiene of the restaurant surroundings.
I would appreciate it if you could pay immediate attention to Linking Words
