Nowadays communication among people is very little and a busy lifestyle leads to this problem Tough official routine is the foremost reason for reducing communication. Moreover sometimes social media waste our time and we don't have leisure time to spend with our neighbors .eventually having a good relationship with neighbourhoods is challenging in this industrial life. A good remedy to cope with this problem is starting to know each other and try to speak with our neighbours about our job and education also we can help them for example we can make lunch for our neighbourhood . therefore if we start to visit each other we can repair our connection. consequently spend more time in the neighborhood we can improve the quality of our life.

Accordingly, as therapists always say, this stuff can have = inevitable effects on their mental health and social life.
