For example heart attack, hihg challistrin, breathing problems,increased blood pressure and so on. Eating a lot of food and unhealthy living is root cause for the obesity. In today world, we can see childrens' putting on lipstick to fast food and lacf of and that they don't physical work. To overcome the obesity, should be given enough information about healthy living. Besides, usually exercise and physical activity can overcome it. And this thing is very important for healthy living.

Nowadays, technologies have already take control most of the human life including education purposes. We can't deny that technologies helps a lot in our work and other activities. Most of the school today, provide their students with high end technologies to support for the better study . Despite of their benefits, technologies can sometime misguide their users especially the students. Teenager studens tend to have a very high levels of curiosity and sometimes it's not a good thing. They use the technologies to fulfill their curiosity.

No doubt, these days sports has become an essential part of everyone's life. In my opinion, it might be true because for some reasons. Honestly, I haven't heard about this topic before. However, if I have to guess, I would say that it is due to the over-focus on the STEM education, which means the educational institution mostly concentrate on Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics. In other words, in order to offer students a diploma, the schools' principle want them to memorize information and take the test. Scenarious are there will not only no room for passion but also giving pulpils more pressure as they have to perform well on test day.

Traditional learning is better than online learning

Some people prefer traditional education to studying online. However I would prefer to study online. Because, in my opinion, online education has more benefits that make students comfortable. One of these conveniences is that you can get as much knowledge as you want through the internet. And you will also have more time to other works, although you may bored most of the time. But if you study online, you won't have to go anywhere, instead of go to school. And there is plenty of bad sides of studying online. First of all you can't meet classmates and also can't make a conversation with them. If you are away from them, you will definitely miss them, even though you fed up with your friends Some habits. It's too bad situation as if living in a lonely life.

Yes, I'm an avid fan of book collections. I have a lot of types of books as science fiction book, cartoon and romantic. I usually spend 2 hours to read book every weekend because it helps me to open-minded the knowledge and relax by the humorous plots. Book also brings many benefits for students like boost their mind and strengthen their health. In my opinion, Vietnamese people are in favor of reading book. They spend 2 to 3 hours to read book when they go to the cafe shop or hand out with their friends. However, recently book was transformed into electrical book so that brings more convenient for reader even release the eyes diseases.

In our days, individuals hold the idea of that, modern tuition system should be focused on subjects, which can help for the students in the future, in addition subjects such as music and sport are not useful.This essay completely disagree with this statement. In my point of view holistic education, which includes music and sports, is crucial for all-round development of students, and music and sports can help in developing various soft skills such as teamwork, discipline, time management, and leadership, which are valuable in any career.
