In other countries they argued regarding age limits for employers that applies for work. I do believe that it is a positive way of screening employees and it helps company to maintain work developments for example the occupation they apply for is more on physical activities like restaurants or hardwares, it is not applicable for more than 50 years old and above, as they can not perform their 100 percent at work. Unlike nurses or teachers they can still work mentally as there is no physical activities that much, they usually stand at most of the time and lecture their students and patient's. I therefore conclude that it is right to limit age on hiring employee's depends on their occupation applying for.

Without a doubt, there are several reasons behind active ecotourism and cultural contact which appeare in tourism industry. Firstly, active ecotourism can protect the enviorement for the next generations, which provides a good opportunity for more people to minimize a negative impact on the envioremet, and also more resoponisble to their nature. Through cultural contact, people can easily share and exchange their different customs, beliefs, which has a positive impact on the society, like boosting the domestic economy and getting familiar with different cultures. For example one of my friends who lived travel alot told me when she was in Italy, she broadened her horizon by seeing historicaal culture; as a result, she respected to Italian culture more than before.

Many university students cannot find a job in their chosen profession. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, should be done about it?

Well, here in São Paulo 🇧🇷 it should be the first day of winter but it has been as warm as summer during the day. At least nights and early mornings are cool as it's meant to be but the afternoons have been insufferable for this time of year. Our lows are around 14ºC and highs around 28ºC, on Monday it will be 31ºC and no rain in sight for weeks 😫.
