No one can deny that people want to achieve everything quickly and leave less leisure time for themselves because of increasing competition. People are more affluent these days than in the past, but their life looks pressurize to become more successful. In this essay, I will discuss both the reasons and solutions to overcome this problem.

The increase in food production is mostly due to fertilizers and better machinery. Yet, some think that it harms human health and communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Although using chemical manure and state-of-the-art equipment might increase food production rates, their substantial drawbacks have been always a matter of controversy among people. I completely agree that adding chemical compounds and using agricultural machines for the sake of improving food production may result in some health problems not only for human beings but also irreversible damages to the environment.

While the statement seems to suggest the inevitable, I can only partially agree with it as I believe that, despite their significant decrease in sales, print media will still, at least, retain their niche market.

From my perspective, Positive Listing and Reframing for changing my beliefs. This is due to the fact that when I list some my strength , I am able to recognize and explore myself “what I need to do” and “what things I can do it well”. From this point, I will enrich my knowledge and I confident myself can do something superior. In addition, Reframing is the good way to remove negative thoughts when I had some mistakes in order to I can fix my mistake and focus on my work.
