Some think that dangerous sporting activities should be legalized, whilst others say it should be a personal choice. Although extreme sports might have some negative impacts on health, I believe it should leave on the people with proper rules and regulations.

International tourism has brought enormous benefits to many places. At the same time, there is concern about its impact on local inhabitants and the environment. Do the disadvantages of international tourism outweigh the advantages? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

External tourist has provided a massive number of profits to the local and national levels also. With benefits, some drawbacks also come along with like deterioration of habitats and nearby places.

Should a city try to preserve its old, historic buildings or destroy them and replace them with modern buildings? What is your viewpoint on this issue?

Some people think that old, historic buildings are no need for the city and they should be destroyed and replaced with modern ones. However, other people believe that historic buildings must be preserved in order to know and remember our past. For several reasons that I will mention bellow, I agree with those people who want to preserve old, historical buildings.

Many old buildings protected by law are part of a nation’s history. Some people think they should be knocked down and replaced by news ones. How important is it to maintain old buildings? Should history stand in the way of progress? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is a fact that some governments are preserving many historical buildings these days. A group of people believes that protecting these old buildings is considered as a waste of money, as they should be demolished and replaced with new buildings. I personally believe that maintaining an old building is essential, since the building has a lot of historical value, and it would be unique to see cities that combined the modern and historical buildings together.

Many multinational companies nowadays heavily relying on sponsoring sport events as a mechanism to reach out to their targetted customer base. They clearly believe that this is an efficient way to promote their products and anticipate higher sales in return. But, opponents think that this is not a healthy way of advertising and manipulates the correspodig consumer.

It is important to give children the chance to act independently and make their own decisions from early age. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this idea?

Educating children is an ever-challenging task. Some recent parenting theories suggest that offspring should be given their independence when it comes to behavior and decision-making at an early age. Due to their lack of maturity at this stage and the possible long-lasting consequences of their wrong decisions, I totally disagree with this approach.

It is true that young people like to spend their spare time in shopping Centre. I understand that spending idle time in shopping mall give them various innovative knowledge from modern technology to traditional and overseas clothes and their qualities. Actually, modern world has been developing by introducing newness technology and fashions for postmodern time. Although, Children are very curious about knowing in contemporary technology and fashionable clothes.

There is a common discussion between people about the importance of art field at the school curriculum. Some are keen for the statement, that there is no significant need for obliged art education for the reason that in compartment with the academic subjects there is a possibility of student`s overloadness. Others recon that the relevance of art subjects is undoubtful, because they develope certail social skills, moreover they can provide new options for a future job. I genuinly agree with the second statement, arguments for which I would like to provide in this essay.

It is argued that most of the offenses are carried out after drinking intoxicants so many believe that putting prohibition on this kind of drinks is an effective solution for decreasing the number of crimes.I disagree with this view since it would not reduce the crime but give rise to other crimes and other solution like increasing the strictness of punishment for illegal acts is more effective.

Nowadays, with the popularity of extreme sports such as scuba diving and bungie jumping, more and more people take interest in trying those exciting yet dangerous activities, which brings about troubles to the society and particularly to those rescue workers. Hence, some people suggest that rescue workers should not take risks to save those who confront accidents when doing extreme sports. From my perspective, I don't agree that rescue workers should leave those in danger alone, but I do think that the government should strengthen regulation over dangerous activities.

In my opinion, this action is a two-sided affair having both negative and positive aspects which will be discussed as follows.
