Do the dangers derived from the use of chemicals in food production and preservation outweigh the advantages?

Preservatives and meal chemicals are increasingly used in the meal industry these days. However, their use is not safe and poses serious risks to human energy. There are, however, strong opponents of this view, claiming certain advantages of cuisine preservatives and chemicals that overshadow these risks. As far as I am concerned, the underlying risks and benefits must be pondered upon before coming to a firm conclusion.

Health services are the basic necessity for a person. Private companies have made the health services quite costly for ordinary individuals. Do the advantages of private health care outweigh its disadvantages?

It is commonly believed that the extravagant price of healthcare has been attributed to the involvement of private enterprises, despite it being a fundamental need of every resident. The principle advantage of private health hospitals is the better facilities they can offer as compared to state-own institutions, while the main disadvantage that its high treatment cost makes ordinary people impossible to access the healthcare services they need. This essay agrees that its demerit outweigh the merit.

It is considered by many that the exclusive use of material available on the net to teach reading to a child, while there are others who choose to dissent and consider traditional methods of using printed material to be the best. Personally, I believe that only online tools should be used as a main source of learning.

It is believed that both women and men have made a very significant contribution in all areas. In fact, they are born with their character pros and cons which make them poles apart. Base on this point, some people wonder whether each sex should be prohibited from doing some kind of job due to their gender. In this essay, I would present some arguments for the idea that gender equality should be practiced wherever possible.

In the modern world people depend on news medias in order to get to know the current affairs that take place in and around the world. A set of people believe that at present they bring some kind of negative impact as they move away from their fundamental duties. Therefore I agree with the statement because they focus more on their benefits rather than their duties.

Cities are often seen as a place of opportunity, but there are some drawbacks of living in a large metropolis. In my opinion, the government could influence to improve city life for the inhabitant.

It is true that in most countries the population of the elderly is increasing slowly due to the advancement in the medical field. In my opinion, this has a negative impact on society due to the extra burden on government expenditures and lack of opportunity to a younger population.

Nowadays, in most countries, parents have the opportunity to send their children either to single –sex or coeducational schools, however, it is considered by some that sending children to single –sex school has drawbacks in the future. In my opinion, I believe that studying in single-sex school does not have any effect on a child’s future. Moreover, it enhances gender specific skills and builds their confidence which is essential later in life.

Some individuals think that the most ideal way to career advancement is initially continuing education at either university or college, whereas it is is said that it can be more helpful if people start to find a job immediately after school. I believe that both notions can lead to an appealing career prospect.

Economic development has become the focus of most states. Although it provides prosperity and security to citizens, this progress could threaten the existence of social norms that have been embedded for generations. In my opinion, a better living standard should remain as the government's focus, despite the extinction of social values in the long term.

Many parents try to reduce their children's addiction to TV and video games. They claim that these entertainments could harm the mental health of the children. Although I agree that watching TV and playing video games are mentally harmful, there are benefits offered by these activities as well.
