Some people believe that there should be fixed punishments for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on punishment. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

One of the highly controversial topics nowadays is whether the judiciary system should establish fixed sentences for all crimes, or if it should consider the circumstances and motive behind each crime. This question has been around for ages and since mindsets are rarely the same, therefore, this issue might remain unsolved. In this case, some people believe that it’s better to adopt fixed punishments for each type of crime since it’s more effective, much easier to implement and ensures equality, while others are convinced that it’s better to judge each crime as an individual based on the situation.

Nowadays, it is a growing trend for people to have different professions simultaneously and to work for a wide range of places rather than staying stably at the same company during their lives. Despite some undeniable advantages, many drawbacks should be taken into consideration.

Food takes a necessary part in human’s life in order to lengthen the lifespan and give us adequate energy to complete daily activities. Some people will opt for imported food from other countries while some of them prefer fresh and healthy food made locally. Personally, I believe there are a lot more benefits if people solely ate food produced from local farmers, reasons will be showcased in the following.

It is argued that everyone should be entitled to get education regardless of their financial backgrounds and no one needs to pay for it. Although I strongly agree that the authorities should make education free for the poor, I think it is unnecessary to let all social classes, including the affluent, receive education without tuition fees.

Nowadays younger workers have creative ideas.These ideas seem that huge results.It has been alleged that employers over 50 are not sensible to quickly changing views in the new workplace and that for this argument young employees are to be selected.I will explain that some arguments in these essays.
