E-books are becoming increasingly common these days around the world. With the advent and popularity of e-books and e-readers, the sales of paper books has been on a gradual decline. This essay will discuss that while this trend has a few advantages, such as convenience and cost, it also has a few downsides that are taking away the personal memories and experiences from the people.

It seems to be the case that in many countries, companies are concentrating on profits and are neglecting the welfare of their staff. A range of examples will be presented to support this position and some possible improvements offered. This will be discussed in the upcoming paragraphs.

Needless to emphasise, the number of overseas residents in different countries is increasing . However, is it beneficial for the nation to promote immigration? A lion's share of society argues that the people of from the different territory and cultural backgrounds will make significant developments in the country they belong to. I strongly agree with this notion and this essay is an attempt to explore this idea in a wide perspective.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children?

Some people believe that punishment is necessary to teach the difference between good and bad to the children. I partially agree with this view, as some types of punishments are beneficial, but other types have negative consequences for the children.

It is undeniable that tourism business is booming, as it was a decade ago. Currently this industry is the largest among others. Some people opine that this trend is creating much tension between people from different cultural instead of boosting their relationship. I assert, that it is not completely true, because of a few incidents it cannot be argued that travelling to other countries bring more stress rather than friendly relationships.

Nowadays, university education has become a form of commercial business.bit is often thought by many that students who come from low economic background and rural communities certainly face many challenges during their enrollment time in reputed Universities. However, I would completely agree with those who opine that tertiary education centres should revive the policies which avail such people get admission without having any trouble.

Children today are too dependent on computers and electronic entertainment. It would be better for them to be outside playing sports and taking part in more traditional pastimes than spending all day indoors.Do you agree or disagree with this statement? Most children are glued to their computer or cellphone these days. This is not a positive development because when children spend the whole day playing games on their computer or gaming console, they will develop many health problems. They may even develop behavioural problems. In my opinion, it is more beneficial for children to spend time outdoors playing sports or engaging in other activities.

It not surprising that, in many nation children’s are occupied with some kind of paid employment.It is often considered by many that children doing paid job is completely not acceptable, while i would agree with those who argued that it offers incredible job experience and sense of responsibility children can have in their career.

In these modern days, it is undeniable that crime rates are significantly rising all over the world. Therefore, a lot of people argue that the capital punishment is the best solution to cope up with this problem. On the contrary, I disagree to this route since I believe in giving second chances to mend the mistakes and start all over again. This is due to the fact that once the capital punishment has taken place, it cannot be undone in the cases when someone realizes that it was a false decision.

Never before has the necessity of memorising as significant volume information for students been that high. People have different opinion on spending money for space excavations. However, there are many benefits of this. Firstly, this study would find solutions for some of the problems of mankind. Moreover, long term survival of the human race significantly depends on finding another planet to move off from the planet earth; therefore, space explorations are inevitable. Similarly, humans have benefited from these since a long back ago. Take digital imaging techniques as an example, which were originally developed by NASA to study pictures of the moon, later on this technique used in diagnostic purpose.

OVER THE YEARS, THE USE OF CONVENTIONAL CLASSROOM TEACHING WAS ONE OF THE COMMONEST MEDIUM USED TO IMPACT OR AND ACQUIRE KNOWLEDGE BY OUR PREDECESSORS. NOWADAYS, HIGHER INSTITUTIONS HAVE RESULTED TO THE USE OF ONLINE LEARNING. IN MY OWN OPINION, I THINK THE CUSTOMARY METHOD OF CLASSROOM TEACHING HAS LESSER ADVANTAGES THAN THE MORDEN WASYS OF LEARNING AS THIS HAS RESULTED TO INTERNET FRUAD POPULARLY KNOWN AS 419 OR YAHOO BOYS WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO NIGERIA.

The main purpose of public libraries is to provide books, and they should not waste their limited resources and space on providing expensive hi-tech media such as computer software, videos and DVDs.

Traditionally a library is a place that shelves many books a reader can read or borrow. However, technological advancement and its tremendous effects on the way we learn new things and share information have redefined the concept of a library in recent days. Thus, digital contents and technological facilities are widely used in public libraries all around the world and I quite disagree with the notion that these amenities are a waste of resource or space for a library.

It is irrefutable to state that economic progress has a profound impact in measuring the success of a nation is calculated in terms of economic growth such as GDP, whereas the rest of them admit that other factors such as literacy rate, primary healthcare, hygiene, and environmental protection are measured. Although, I think that primary health and personal hygiene are most important than other factors.
