the world today is a safer place than it was a hundred years ago, and governments should stop spending large amounts of many on their armed forces. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Nowadays many countries around the world are investing an ample amount of money on their armies. Even though the number of wars has decreased over the last century, security of nations is still a concern for many. I partially agree with the statement as spending huge amount of money on security may hinder the development of the country.

In last decade, Researcher's from psychology examined the influence of pets on teenagers. The finding revealed that sharing home space with pets helped teenagers to be more positive at school with their peers. However, some commentators argue that pets can carry harmful bacteria which is not good for younger ones. I strongly believe that sharing home space can affect a child's immune system. This essay will explain both sides of the thesis statement by taking examples from psychology journals.

Some are of the viewpoint that large companies have more benefits if they move from urban areas to rural areas. I support that the benefits that the industries and the public receive from this surpass any drawbacks. My opinion is explained in the ensuing paragraphs.

With the serious environmental degradation in many countries, a number of people subscribe to view that only international cooperation would offer the essential way to protect the environment. I partly agree with this assertion; while it may be true that single effort seems to be more effective.

My view is that this stipulation is necessary for students. In this essay, I will show some reason why volunteer task should be compulsory in education.

The advertising industry has been growing drastically. Society is surrounded by adverts through various channels. Some individuals believe that it is a successful strategy followed by companies for their consumers to buy items, whereas some of the groups believe that no one even notice them as it is all over the place. A museum is an entity which preserves the artefacts of history or indirectly traditions and cultural information inside it. The importance of museums and art galleries is undoubtedly beyond a controversial issue. However there are scopes to discuss whether they should charge the entrance fees or not. I partly believe that, the admission fees to visit such places have more disadvantages than benefits.

Parenthood is a crucial phase in human lives. It is a huge responsibility for the parents to ensure that children grow up to be a good member of society. Some people believe that they can master this by taking formal training while others of the opinion that it comes through experience. Parents today need to ensure that they get the right information no matter what the source of the information is. So, for some, they may even need to attend courses.

As the brisk proliferation of the economy and industry, the enormous demand of energy has become a source of controversy. Therefore, to cope with current issues, many countries have invested in alternative energy sources in order to mitigate the traditional dependence on fossil fuels. From my personal perspective, I strongly assert that the pros outweigh the cons.

Children are the future of every country, if the childhood period of an infant will be healthy and enjoyable only then the baby will become a powerful future of the nation. In today’s world, many parents tend to be busy in working and they need to rely on others to look-after their children. The lion’s share of society believes that a youth is safer with their grandparents while others state that childcare centres are quite good for the kids. In my opinion, I would say it is better for youngsters to be looked after by their grandparents.

Doing jobs while studying has become a growing trend in many countries. Many adolescents engage themselves in some sort of jobs while they are studying. In some countries, it’s still a debatable and controversial topic. In my opinion, I consider this as a good opportunity to ameliorate our personality because it makes us self-sufficient and multitasked.
