It is certainly true that few individuals think that the onus of protecting the environment lies with an international organization and not on each state separately. I do not concur with this school of thought and in the essay, I will provide my point of view with examples.

Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. The world is advancing at a fast pace, so are the crime rates. In order to halt this rising problem, some people that a fixed punishment should be allotted to each type of misconduct, while others concur on the opinion that the circumstances must be taken into consideration. This essay tends to analyse both sides. I, personally, agree with the latter.

There are people whose opinion is that to be professional in sports, athletes might have to be strong in physical health. Although some people argue that the duty of environmental conservation belongs to transnational organizations, while the opposite side believes that each individual nation should take responsibility for this problem. In my opinion, I partly agree with this point of view.

Many prefer to select the company of like-minded companions those that support their views every time while some believe that it is beneficial to have companions with opposing views to them. I believe having surrounded with like-minded people strengthens one-self through confidence and having a bold personality. However, disagreements in thoughts can bring about new ideas which someone might not realize without collaboration.

It is undoubtedly the case that urban areas around the world increasingly suffer from traffic. Although few individuals suggest that the sole way to reduce it is to reduce the need for driving to workplaces, schools and colleges and go shopping, I do not concur with this statement and will provide my opinion with examples in the essay below.

Hence, some people opine that the producers and manufacturers should narrow down the amount of packaging on goods they produce, while others claim that it is the consumers who should avoid purchasing these products. It is thought by many that the prime method to decrease the incidence of crime is to lengthen the time that a person receives an imprisonment sentence. In my opinion, I believe that the question is not which way would be better, but how people can combine each remedy’s sake to fully address this problem.

Environmental pollution has been a major concern in today’s society, and some people feel that governments should raise the cost of fuel to resolve this issue. In my opinion, it may help to some extent; however, this is not the only solution to tackle this problem.

Under British and Australian laws a jury in a criminal case has no access to information about the defendant's past criminal record. This protects the person who is being accused of the crime. Some lawyers have suggested that this practice should be changed and that a jury should be given all the past facts before they reach their decision about the case. Do you agree or disagree? In England and Australia, it is often argued that the jury in a criminal section does not have the past records of the criminals as it protects the defendants. On the other hand, there are some lawyers who give their suggestions that there must have previous records about the criminals so that the jury can reach a right decision. I completely agree with this and think that past history helps a lot to get a right judgement.

Parents nowadays believed that homeschooling is better rather than traditional schools. It is becoming more popular among them. As the generational change, the situations and the requirements change, so as it happens with schooling system. However, as per my view traditional school system is still better than taking classes from their premises. There are various reasons for adopting the home tuitions by the parents that I will discuss in below paragraphs.

Life becomes purposeful when you set your goals straight. It is like an archery game, either you hit the centre or land nearby, depends on how much effort you put in the practice and your focus on the target. International sporting events which are held by different nations to show the world that events will ease the international tension between them just play a role to get same sport lover people together but nothing else. In my opinion, I strongly disagree with the aforementioned statement because it has nothing to do with the politician and other international factors. Due to the recent pandemic situation some parents adopting this new concept and becoming more popular than the traditional schools. There might be some thought process behind the new concept, however in my opinion traditional schooling has more benefits than the homeschooling.

The free medical service is a prime right of all individuals in every nation, so it is the extreme accountability of the government of the country to impart this service free to the community, even though they could charge the fair part of the latest treatment for funding the medical sector. In my opinion, I strongly agree with the statement aforementioned because it will be a straightforward step of the authority to provide the rudimentary need to the public.
