In many of the nations, citizens believe in investing in a property. It is considered as a safety plan as well as a socioeconomic status. I, personally, believe that it is essential to having a roof under your head, that is, having your own house, since it is among the basic needs.

In my opinion, this approach offers many benefits; however, this act taken by authorities will also have its own drawbacks.

It is widely believed that the telecasting of crime scenes in movie theatres and the television screens has played an incredible role in spoiling the activities of youngsters; while it has, risen the unlawful action in local areas. Therefore according to my opinion, there should be restrictions on certain films prior to launch and the warning policy for criminals.

Nowadays, getting into extreme sports is enjoying an upsurge in popularity; however, some people hold the opinion that the government should prohibit them due to their potential risks. The human growth is at the cost of the lives of animals and plants, and it has been argued by many that it can't be changed, whereas the others believe the contrary. I support the latter idea, as the flora and fauna must be saved by making proper policies of civilization as well as devising laws for their protection in order to keep the world green.

Accordingly, some people assert that there is no need for the existence of historical exhibitions related to the artworks and ancient relics. In my viewpoint, I disagree with this opinion and will outline several compelling reasons in my following essay.
