IELTS Opinion Writing Samples Band 8.5
Numerous researches are going continuously to find the best way of curing the diseases. An opinion about prevention activities are way better than research and treatment is raised because of the huge amount of money that will be spent in research or cure. From my point of view, I agree that prevention is important and cheaper, however, the study also essential to enlighten our knowledge about the disease and will help defining the best strategy to prevent it.
It is said that mathematic proficiency is the key feature to be successful in business. I disagree with this opinion because a company needs various skills as well as sufficient market knowledge to become a well-known firm. This essay will discuss reasons to support my idea.
It is a commonly held belief that some people are born with the exact talents, such as sports and music skills and others are not. Nevertheless, there is some idea, which is claimed that any kid can be cultivated to become good at sport or music. In the following essays, both of these viewpoints will be discussed in detail.
In the modern life, there has been an increase in tuition fees and more narrow job opportunities for graduates resulting in an opinion asserting that universities no longer need to include arts subjects into their curricula, such as philosophy or history. Instead, they should pay sole attention to providing substantive courses which could broaden career prospects. Although I concur that practical subjects are indispensable in universities nowadays, I personally find non-academic disciplines are also worth a place in this tertiary education.
