There are many people who worked all their lifetime in a single company. However, some think that organization change for work is better as it provides more opportunities and status.

Imitating the habits of successful people has been in trend for many decades now. However, persons in the street are generally more inclined to inculcate such lifestyle. The merits of this change indeed, in my opinion, outweigh its demerits. This writing will elaborate on the plausible reasons behind these steps and later on will also argue why it has subtle benefits.

Humans are very prone to imitate others to show their status in the society and to look like a celebrity. According to me, as, it is beneficial for both, buyers and sellers, I completely agree with this new culture.

It is true that there is a huge gap between the money spent on building railways and the resources spent on roads for the benefit of the latter, especially in the developing world. In addition, there are also massive advertising campaigns promoting beautiful cars and hence contributing to the development of roads. In my opinion, the governments should significantly increase financing of the railroad construction as well as expand the railways' nets across their countries.

The residents do have freedom in the design and formation of their houses and governments has no restriction on constructing buildings with the idea of owners. The benefits of implementing the architecture and construction chosen by the authority of houses have significant value, though the shortcomings regarding this attitude, I believe, have eclipsed all its advantages.
