Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree?

In recent years, a growing attention has been paid to gender fairness at work places. Although an increasing number of females serve as the workforce in the majority of developed countries, most of higher management positions are taken by men. In order to promote gender equality, some people think that companies should hire a certain number of women and allocate them to the upper positions. I acknowledge the importance of equal opportunities at work; however, I disagree with the above opinion as it may contribute to unfairness to male workers and reduce the productivity.

The numbers of crime are on the rise in many countries. This essay will discuss some of the main reasons of the problem such as poverty and the use of the Internet in an unethical way to become rich in a short time and it will also suggest a viable solution on how to handle these resolutions, before coming to a reasoned conclusion.

In this day and age, young generation is the base of any nation as an effect they have an important role in the civilization, so for their self building, individuals said that some charity task to be included in their high faculty programmes. I strongly argued that the government should take action related to unpaid job in community for youngsters.

It is argued that having a personal vehicle such as a car has more bad side effects than its benefits. This essay totally agrees that personal motor vehicle has more advantages over its disadvantages because of it provides confidence to travel faster with own suitable time and shows a posh social position. However, it has some negative results to the road transportations and on the environments.

It is often argued by some people that coping with unacceptable profession or dealing with money scarcity is the best way to accept complicated circumstances, while others believe that ameliorating the conditions should be taken into account to get out the vice grips of the dilemma. Accordingly, both the distinct views will be explored and discussed in details, following from my own perspective on the matter.

In recent times, wealth determines the capability of an individual. It gives us an image that, human beings are assessed based on their riches and their prominence, rather than based on their essential values such as honesty and kindness as these seem to be far less necessary. I certainly agree with this perception wherein whopping finances determine the status of an individual. However, I have some hesitations in completely accepting it. This essay will discuss in detail about my opinion, which is slightly inclined towards the former.

In the recent decades, grandparents are getting more involved in upbringing of their grandchildren. Some people believe that it is good to have the older members while children are growing up. I strongly agree with this view due to several reasons that I will discuss in greater detail in my essay.

It is a controversial issue as to whether uniform must wear at offices, or, whether this certain dress-code is unnecessary in organizations. From my perspective, a unique dress is essential to put on, when people are in the office, otherwise, they will not be recognized by the general public, which, eventually, hide the identity.

Implementing proper mode of Public transportation is main challenge for any government. While some people think that government should invest in rails, others are of the opinion that government should spend more money on roads. As per my point of view, it is more advantageous to improve railways than road. I feel this way for two main reasons, which I will explore in following paragraphs.

It is argued that in the 21st century wild species such as lion, tiger, elephant, and monkey don not have any place and keeping them is a waste of resources like as money, land and time. This essay totally disagrees with this statement because killing naturals habitats will create a discrepancy on the environmental chain and they can be used for the benefits of humans.

Technological advancement has changed our lives significantly. There are a variety of home entertainment available and most of the children spend their leisure time at home, watching TV and playing online games in recent years. Some people argue that this has led to a negative health consequence among children, and an increasing number of young people are becoming obese. I agree with the above point, and this issue can be tackled by two simple ways- increasing physical activity and leading a healthy diet.
