Humans have diverse mentality which varies person to person. Some people work under same organizations and some alters their jobs often. There is so much furore made on this topic that stable profession is much better than changing work frequently. I completely agree with the statement and this essay will discuss why it is beneficial.

People argue that, due to diversity in qualities of men and women, there are some duties that only women can do and some work that only men can do. Although in this era woman can do everything, but I completely agree with the statement because the job that men can do, women cannot do the same duty with the same precision and vice versa.

Nowadays, topics like children's right to decision making are increasingly controversial. While some schools of thought believe that permitting children to make their own choices would lead to an overly self concerned society. Others state that children are better off, if they are allowed to make decisions that concerns their welfare. In my opinion, the latter should be encouraged as it will establish a feeling of independence and increase the confidence level of the child.

The reduction of crimes commitment requires the inclusion of strict punishment in law in order to discourage people. Some people believe that outlaws should not be just kept in jails, but should be used to do free cost community works. I completely agree with the statement because I believe that this will further decrease the rate of crimes in the society.

It is often argued that a house is the most suitable place for educating the kids for their growth and developments, whereas others believe that it is necessary to send the children in the academy. From my perspective, the school is the best place for the pupils to embrace a new knowledge and for the overall improvement despite teaching them at home.
