employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests and whether they married or single, some people say that this information may be relevant and useful, others disagree. discuss both these views and give your opinion.

It is believed, by a few individual that providing personal data is necessary and valid while some say that it is irrelevant, when applying for a job, some recruiters seek information, namely leisure-time activities, likes and dislikes and in addition, marital status as well. In my strong conviction, both statements are equally important to consider, because every individual has its own way of thinking.

Disciplinary actions are crucial to maintaining law and order in a society. It is therefore thought by some people that the penalty for a certain crime ought to be permanent, while others contend that the situations and the impetus for offending have to be considered when making a decision on the consequence of breaking the law. In my opinion, I completely agree that the conditions of an unlawful act need to be put into consideration before retribution for a just and fair verdict to take place and also to give room for human rights to be exercised.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this option? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour to children.

Teaching young people and preparing them for the real world is not only a parents´ job, but teachers also have the shared responsibility to look after children's behaviour. Computers have brought an alluring twist in this fast paced world. Despite its many merits, its usage by children is refuted by some people because of its negative consequences. In this modern world, individuals are utilising entertainment as a way of escaping from reality and Television is acting as a perfect platform for such people. This pattern has resulted in the majority of the people spending their high quantity leisure periods in front of TV sets and often turning into lethargic and isolated ones. In my opinion, TV has not entirely influenced the millennia negatively and it depends on the individuals to restrict themselves from over-exposure to entertainment.

It is considered by many people that to wear a uniform on the job is imperative. Nowadays, where people are moving towards more and more flexible in their approaches, I opine that it would be very burdensome to wear a fixed pattern of dress everyday while going to work. Therefore, I do not agree with the persuasion stated in the first line. In the given essay, I have elaborated my reasons for not supporting the idea.
