Although certain individuals are of the view that when it comes to students excelling, the presence of sound tutors is essential, other people think it is a student’s commitment to success that is paramount. In my opinion, the age of a person is what determines which of these two remains dominantly sacrosanct to their success.

Rising university fees and scarce employment prospects for graduates have led some people to say that universities should not teach arts subjects, like philosophy and history, and only offer practical degree courses that maximise chances of employment. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Owing to the rising unemployment and increasing cost of university education, it is considered by many people that subjects, such as philosophy and history, should be excluded from the curriculum and in order to increase job prospects, only practical subjects should be taught. In my opinion, even though practical subjects increase the chances of employment, art subjects have their own importance in contributing to the growth of an individual and the society/nation.

This issue creates a serious impact on the individuals and the society.In my opinion, appropriate actions have to be taken to eradicate this issue. This essay will discuss the impact and ways to solve this problem.

Often, a controversial issue of medical care for children sparks a heated debate among the people; who is responsible for them: the parents or the state. While some people advocate that it is the government to be responsible for the children's health, I would argue that such burden should be bared by the parents, as they understand the physical condition of their children better than anyone.

In this competitive world, life has become a race, where everyone wants to be in the first position. While few people assert that it is an excellent way of bringing up their children, others advocate that this practice may have a negative impact on the child's personality. In my opinion, this mindset in elders may influence the general behaviour of the younger generation. This essay will discuss the intention behind this approach and its side effects on the youngsters.

Not only does sport have a positive influence on individuals' physical and mental health, it also creates an environment where people with diverse cultural backgrounds get together. For this reason, it is said that international sports events such as the Olympics and world cups assist in fostering a friendship between countries. In my view, anyone can become the best in any discipline with hard work and dedication, irrespective of their talent or facilities available to them.

It is undeniable that doctor plays a vital role in the life of the patient. Some folks believe that it becomes the duty of the physician to aware his patient about the different ways of improvising their health whereas some set of people disagree. In my opinion, I agree with the view that doctors should educate their patients. However, other medium such as schools, the media and a lot more should also be used to spread awareness of healthy living among the people.

There is a school of thought that says renowned leaders have a natural ability to lead while others take a contrarian view and believe that leading skills can be instilled. Whilst a discussion of both these views is worthwhile, I am a supporter of the latter notion because this ability can be learnt by practical experiences.
