In the last 20 years there have been significant developments in the field of information technology (IT), for example the World Wide Web and communication by email. However, these developments in IT are likely to have more negative effects than positive in the future. To what extent do you agree with this view?

In the last two decades, there has been a boom in the information technology (IT) sector and the communication has all together changed due to the development of the email system. Although, this progress is eye catching, but it will have a negative impact in the years to come. In my opinion, I fully disagree with this, as technological advancement has turned this world into a global village and has also made our lives more comfortable.

There are in certain circles of opinion and study that people nowadays are used to “throw away” items. Behaviour created by what many have termed ‘ a throw away society’ has caught the attention of researchers, especially sociologists as to the causes it may be derived from, factors to follow can be taken into account.

There remains a controversy whether people should be content with negative circumstances, such as a lack of money or an undesirable occupation. Many people, however, assert that to make some improving changes to these adversities is a better option. This essay would discuss both viewpoints and I am personally in all agreement with the latter statement as more convincing and rational for some following reasons.

The trend nowadays is that big companies are working with local communities in order to improve people’s well-being. In my view, I could not agree more with this tendency and this essay will show why such measures can be beneficial not only for the local population, but also for the firm itself.

It is argued that the most effective method to enhance the level of the community’s overall health is to provide more sports infrastructures. However, I do agree with this statement, but in my opinion, it is not the most effective way. Many other viable approaches have also proven to be beneficial in order to achieve this goal which will be discussed as follows.

Recently, there has been a boom in the world’s production of every item thanks to advancement in technology, making purchasers easily accessible to a wide range of products which are considered identical in many ways, thus, nations now are having more similarities in this respect. I personally find this tendency is a mutual benefit to both consumers themselves and the globe’s economy.

Some people say that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for government to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their watse?

There exists a bitter true that in modern life, daily household trash and garbage are not entirely recycled. A great number of people assert that only by imposing laws on recycling as a compulsory legislation by the government will encourage people to recycle more. I personally agree that this method is necessary, but it is by no means the sole approach.

There exists a controversy that learners engage themselves in mastering foreign languages is solely to be able to mingle into the oversea environment. While some people agree with this idea, others assert that there are more underlying factors motivating people to assimilate the languages which are not their mother tongue. The two statements will be discussed as follows and I would like to suggest my own point of view.

Adulthood period has variable challenges nowadays, however it brings major changes for the person, not only on his physical appearance, but also for his character. The united states government issued a law that prevents youngsters to go out after a precise time during the night if they do not have an adult relative. In my opinion, this attitude makes young boys and girls safer, and this goes along with the popularity of thieves and gangs. In this essay, my situation along with examples will be discussed before reaching a conclusion.

In today's era, most of the people showing interest towards painting, sculptures, dance as a basic thing in their life and feel as a stress release from their day-to-day hectic busy schedule. In my opinion, these play a significant role both in elderly people and youngsters who have good taste and passion in these arts and dance. This essay will elucidate the importance and reasons in the following paragraphs.

It is often considered by many people that the ancient edifice should get demolished. Whereas, restoration and preservation are required for such construction which is a thought of many others. I am inclined towards later view and opine that our archaeological assets are required to be maintained for the historical values as well as economics point of view.

Many office authorities impose a restriction on smoking within the office premises. Some governments have even banned smoking in all public places. This is a good idea but it takes away some of our freedom. What is your opinion?

It is often argued by some people that their individual rights are snatched away when they are not allowed to smoke in public areas, while there are others who welcome this restriction. Personally, I believe that these types of bans should be implemented for both the benefit of the environment.
