Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to complain about the poor service you provided during the time my family and I stayed at your hotel. My name is Amir Ghasemi and am the manager of the Torbo Tech company. One of my friends recommend your hotel for a holiday, so I decided to spend my summer holiday time in your hotel. As I cannot stand boiling weather, I checked your website to make sure whether there would be an air conditioner in every room. Because I read that there definitely would be an air conditioner, I booked a room. But when we stepped into the room, we found that there isn,t any air conditioner, and the weather is boiling.
As a result
, we decided to cancel our booking. Since you didn't provide the service you promised, I ask for a complete refund. I am looking forward to your prompt response. yours faithfully Amir Ghasemi

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
