You and your family are planning to spend a weekend at a seaside hotel. Write a letter to the hotel, making the arrangements. In your letter tell them when you will be arriving and leaving explain what type of rooms you would like, and ask how much the weekend will cost ask about activities and places of interest near the hotel You should write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,
#weekend #hotel #arrangements #type #rooms #cost #activities #places #interest #addresses #sir #madam
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to request to make the necessary arrangements for our stay.
We planned a week's trip to explore the Coastal side of Arugambay. We will be leaving our place around 9.00 am and expect to check in to your place by 1.00pm the same day for 7 7-day stay and will check out of the premises at 5.00pm on the following Sunday.
Altogether we are 05 five-person group including me, my wife and 03 kids so I would like to book a family room with meals and an attached bathroom facility as my kids always use the bathroom at night. I prefer to have the room on the ground floor which will help me to manage my kids conveniently. Please share the detailed charge sheet for the weekend stay to work on my budget.
In addition
to the above, I would really be grateful if you could advise me on the places to explore near your location except adventure places that will not be suitable for a family. I would recommend around 15Kms vicinity if fine for me. You can contact me via email or mobile no I already provided.
I am looking forward to hear
from you.
Yours faithfully

task achievement
You should be mindful of repetition and unnecessary details. For example, instead of saying '05 five-person group,' you can simply use '5' or 'a group of five.'
coherence cohesion
Make sure to address all the points clearly in separate paragraphs to improve readability.
coherence cohesion
Simplify sentences where possible to ensure clarity. For example, 'the room on the ground floor will help me manage my kids conveniently' could be rephrased to 'a ground floor room would be more convenient for managing my kids.'
task achievement
You put details about your family's needs and preferences, which is very helpful for the hotel to arrange a suitable stay.
coherence cohesion
You closed the letter politely and maintained a formal tone throughout, which is appropriate for this type of correspondence.
