According to an article which was published in the New York Times many people have preferred to own their homes; however, in developed countries, they prefer to rent houses because it helps them to save time and improve their economic level. In other words, statistical shows that there are some elements contribute to renting or owing homes such as social reasons and financial conditions. At the point of me, having your own home is important because you have to depend on yourself and build your own life without your parents.
