While recruiting a new employee, the employer should pay more attention to their personal qualities, rather than qualifications and experience. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and include relevant examples.

Good employees are very important for any companies. They represent the company and share opinion about the company outlook to the outside world. It is very important to recruit people with a point of view for frictionless running for any company. The employee needs to find some balance between personal qualities, qualification and knowledge. I agree both of these components are important.

Nowadays, we can see science everywhere around us. New inventions make the lives of the people easier. On other hand doctors are really important persons for us. Doctors are the person who help us to get well when we become sick. They save our lives. In my opinion, inventions and doctors are incomparable both have different roles in our lives.

A growing number of people feel that animals should not be exploited by people and that they should have the same rights as humans, while others argue that humans must employ animals to satisfy their various needs, including uses for food and research.

Animals form a chain of ecosystem, and exploitation of these creatures will lead to imbalance in nature, as they reduce in umber, so they should have same rights as humans. On the other hand, employing animals and using them for consumption and research leads to scarcity of animals while, they too have equal right to live. In my opinion, animals should not be exploited by people since they too have the right to live.
