t is believed by some that improving the health of the citizens can be done by providing more sport complexes, others believe that various elements such as public awareness and education are needed to improve public health. This essay will discuss both views and explain my support for the latter view.

Advertisements have intruded our daily lives without many of us even realizing how they impact our society. Many believe they provide details of products that could improve our lives; however, there is also an argument that they indirectly compel us to buy stuff that is not at all necessary. I personally believe, advertisements have in many ways misguided us and have resulted in unnecessary expenditure.

The frenzy over crime shows in recent years has led many to question both the origins of this morbid interest and its impact. In my opinion, people watch these shows to dispel or safely confirm psychological similarities with the killers and the result for society will be negligible in most cases.

The establishment of many new shopping centres, educational institutions and other commercial sites in various regions of the city are included in the new planning of cities. I think it will definitely help the residents of a city as it will provide a lot of job opportunities in various sectors and effect the lifestyle of local people in positive ways.

Living a healthy lifestyle is becoming a struggle. It is getting difficult to exercise on a weekday or on a weekend, due to this, some are developing health problems. This essay will discuss the main reasons people face for not exercising and potential solutions.

It is too expensive to look after and repair old buildings. This money should be spent on building modern buildings instead.

It is often argued that renovation of historical buildings requires a great amount of money, therefore we have to spend more money on new buildings rather than redevelopment. I partially agree with this statement and think that some old building can be used for tourism purpose, however this money should be used for better accommodation.

The parameters of running the successful ministry are based on many factors including economic and others. Some people believe growth of the country can only rely on its financial development, while others thinks happiness and social aspects are also important as money. In my opinion, optimisation of all factors, whether it is, economic or others, each one has its own significance in overall progress which is discussed in detail in this essay.

Many people have an opinion that it is necessary to get enrolled in a gym or fitness studio in order to make themselves fit and maintain an active lifestyle. However, some others contradict that just by doing regular activities effectively is enough to stay healthy and fit. Even though both arguments are valid depending on their own circumstances, I believe that there has to be proper guidance while performing exercises to attain a desired body shape which can be achieved by joining in a fitness centre.

It is undeniable that modernization has changed the way people are living and spending their time. This essay will argue why people are so stressful in the fast- paced era and as a result they are neglecting their family relationships and I totally agree with the statement.

In this modern age, shopping has become a leisure activity. People tend to visit malls in their free time to spend time with family and friends. Consequently, this has resulted in more rush in shopping malls and low footfall at local small outlets in the retail area. I believe this to be a negative development, as this will result in unemployment and rise in price of goods.

It is a fact that motor vehicle accidents tend to increase annually; therefore, it is necessary for governments worldwide to apply proper strategies to prevent car accidents. Some people suggest that governments should increase the minimum legal age to obtain the legal drive license in order to enhance road safety. I strongly agree with this suggestion and the essay will discuss my view.

It is considered by some that the government need to spend a lot of money to build a very fast train between cities, but there are others who believe that existing public transport improvement is more important. In my opinion, both improving public transportation and constructing new railway line are necessary, so the amount of money spent has to be balanced with one another.
