Over the years, the governments' budget has become tighter, thus every expense must be carefully calculated. While some believe that governments' expenses should be focused on essential services, I would argue that a balance between public services and arts should be taken into account when planning the annual budget.

It is a universal fact that 21st century is the era of machines. One wonders, do we really need to learn languages in future. One needs to analyse both sides to come to a conclusion.

However, in the process of increasing the economic output the environment is destroyed as well. There are various reasons behind this approach. In my opinion, I believe that it is a good idea, but there are some negatives as well that cannot be overlooked.

It is undeniable that mass media play an indispensable role in our daily life. Given this background, there is an opinion that news ought to disseminate more positive information among people worldwide. I disagree with this notion. Loss of awareness and valuable details are the two cardinal reasons which will be analysed in the subsequent paragraphs to endorse my opinion.

In my opinion, I fully agree with this as the humanity takes priority and the state should spend the budget on the problems like poverty and provision of food.

Purchasing habits have changed. Nowadays, people prefer to buy goods on the internet, and this trend increasing gradually. I personally think that benefit of shopping online surpasses its drawbacks. I am going to debate both idea and explain my own reasons to support the idea which is buying things on the Web has more advantages than its disadvantages.

I strongly disagree with this view because most of the cabinets in the world have high budgets for education and health of the nations.

Some people believe that teenagers should be asked to do community work in their leisure time because of their benefits and the community benefits. In my point of view, I partly agree with the opinion that the youth should take part in some community work.

Nowadays, the cost of medicaments has gone so high that it is becoming difficult for the average income households to bear them. Prevention is easier than affording the costly cures, therefore it is believed that the money utilizing on treatments should be channeled towards the health education and preventive measures. I agree with the statement up to a certain extent as there should be sufficient funds for fatal conditions also.
