There is an opinion that primary staff members who have dedicated many years to working for a particular company should be given executive positions in a club. I disagree with this viewpoint as much as younger workers may have more skills and if not provided with an opportunity for a promotion, they will become less motivated.

Being a celebrity such as film star or singer brings problem as well as benefit. Do you think that being a celebrity bring more benefit or more problem?

It is always a debatable issue that celebrity brings more problems or benefits. I think that many advantages outweigh the disadvantage of being a celebrity, such as more wealth and huge fan base.

Some people think that school should reward students who show the best academic results, while others believe that it is more important to reward students who show improvements. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

A section of society is in the view of rewarding students who performs excellent in their academic exams. However, others say that it is significantly necessary to acknowledge more of the students who are improving. In my opinion, it is profoundly important to give recognition to someone trying to excel in their studies.

It is important for children to learn the difference between right and wrong at an early age. Punishment is necessary to help them learn this distinction. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What sort of punishment should parents and teachers be allowed to use to teach good behaviour for children?

There is no doubt that there are a lot of companies getting hacked recently. Many individuals nowadays are providing their private information to companies in order to get access to their softwares. Although we should not give personal data away to any random website on the internet, but the benefits of getting access to free softwares are much more.

Studying art in school also improves students' performance in other subjects, because it is easier for multi-skilled students to learn new things. That's why art should be obligatory in schools. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people believe that studying arts should be made compulsory in schools because it would improve the overall performance of the students and being multi-skilled, they can easily learn new things. However, I do not agree with this view and discuss it in the essay.

Some people are not in favour of spending money on gifts, which are presented to family members or friends, as they think that they may not like it, and it could be a waste of money. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this statement because giving gifts is one way of strengthening family bonds, and it improves global economy.

Sky soaring university fees and decreasing employment opportunities have led certain people to say that only practical courses such as medicine, engineering and architect should be offered by educational institutes, as they increase the pupil's chances of landing a job, while others are of diverse opinion. However, in my view, artistic subjects are equally important for the overall development of the mankind and hence, universities should provide them for students who are interested in pursuing them. Several arguments that augment my standing, are discussed in this essay.
