In recent years, The Business has become more international, therefore to survive in the global market, individuals must have strong knowledge about foreign languages. This is one of the reasons that it is important to learn a foreign language. Despite having numerous effective ways, I strongly believe that living in a country, where that language is spoken is the paramount approach to grasp the language.

Nevertheless, they are growing in popularity for several reasons and, thankfully, there are measures that can be taken to mitigate the risks.

In my opinion, a government has a role in setting the rules and following it, but it the owners and the authority of the building owners who should ensure the standard and safety while constructing the houses and commercial buildings.
