Most of the high schools hiring students to work for companies without compensation. For education prospect, I believe this technique works for both. The new student, whose career is on the way of new track, also the company who wanted to save more profit!!

An increasing amount of youngsters find it better to start their own businesses rather than working for a company. With the increasing number of start-ups, some reputed and successful businessmen also support them financially. However, this idea has both merits and demerits and one shall be extremely cautious before taking this decision.

It has more pros than cons.

There is no doubt that, currently, women prefer to have child in their later years. It is believed that this is a part of modern life. While by doing this brings some financial benefits, the negatives aslo can be seen.

There seems an increasing trend towards assessing students through exams rather than continual assessment. What are the advantages and disadvantages of exams as a form of assessment?

To begin with positives, the process of examination gives leave little room for cheating. While the examination, there is always a compulsory presence of an invigilator whose role is to impede and stop cheating. In contrast, continual assessment poses the risk of cheating and manipulation in testing the students as it is done over the year, and is not possible to observe every movement of the students. In addition, conducting exams are an efficient way as it is done once or twice a year, and it provides enough time for students to keep up their preparations.
