Internet technology has changed the way people work and study by allowing them to stay at home to accomplish their duties. While I accept that this modification could bring some benefits, it would cause more problems for both individuals and groups.

A fair amount of job givers expect their employees to be available, anytime they want to connect, including holidays. This essay will illustrate that such expectations only have disadvantages with no advantage, whatsoever. If someone is being reached out for work when they are at home or with family, no one would be able to respond with full attention, resulting in ineffective delivery. Moreover, it will have a negative impact on the person due to possibility of increased dissatisfaction, resulting in attrition in a long run.
