Major diversity could be found in population composition of various countries as young generation predominate the older one. In my opinion, the benefits overweigh its demerits. In this essay, we will discuss the components that outweighs its disadvantages in detail in below mentioned paragraphs.

As air travel has become cheaper, more and more people are travelling abroad for their vacations instead of visiting places in their own country. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of this?

It is generally acknowledged that travelling to different countries for vacation has become more and more popular as flight tickets are getting cheaper. Therefore, individuals visit local places less. While going abroad has several benefits, personally, I believe, they are both outnumbered and outweighed by the disadvantages. This essay will examine the advantages and disadvantages of this phenomenon followed by my personal point of view.

In this day and age, many people prefer to be self-employed than to work for a company or organization. While being self-employed is occurred by various reasons, it also has some drawbacks to consider. Both views will be discussed throughout the following paragraphs.

While some object to this policy and regard it unnecessary. In my essay, I will analyse both of the controversy's perspectives and demonstrate mine at the end of the writing.

Reading has always been an essential source of knowledge whether they are online or offline. Nowadays, E-Books are trending at a fast pace compared to paper books. Though online reading clearly outweigh the traditional method of book reading, but it also has some drawbacks.

If people do not engage with the development of their countries, someone will not do it. Thus, young individuals are the main resource to conduct the present and the future of any society. In the same way, ancient ones have the responsibility to impart all their experience, therefore, from my point of view, it is supremely important to find a balance between both sides: new ideas and experience.

Researchers say that our personality & accomplishment are heavily influenced by our characteristics rather than whatever we experienced in our lifetime. In my opinion, experience plays a vital role to build up our own identity than the others.

As technology develops nothing remain untouched and paper is no exception, E- books downloads are beginning to change the way the information is created, disseminated and viewed. Although, establishments are struggling with piracy and life span of e books, individual will also gain an Eco friendly and no shipping and handling cost. This essay will discuss the positive and negative aspects of e-book.

Nowadays, it has been observed that work & life balance of an employee is totally disturbed due to the heavy pressure. Because of this scenario, many of them are not able to follow their dreams or passion of their life which is resulting in high stress and mental disorder. I totally agree that these adverse situations outweigh the advantages and thus, I am going to explain the pros and cons of this scenario in the following paragraphs with details.
