People argue that allowing police officers to be armed with guns would increase the rate of criminal violence in society. Personally, I totally disagree with this view.

Some people believe that living in a horizontal city is the best, while the opponents of this idea prefer to settle in a vertical city. Women now compete and cooperate with men in almost all walks of life and they have proved their mettle, too. However, men and women are not built alike. They may have the same intellectual capabilities, but physically and emotionally men and women are different and that probably explains why certain jobs are considered suitable for men and certain other jobs suitable for women.

People have different views about whether older or younger individuals are more suitable for important positions in organisations. While I accept that old people have significantly important qualities, I believe younger ones are more likely to become good leaders.

In this present world, there are several ways to assess a student's performance. There is still an ongoing debate on whether formal examinations are the best way in terms of evaluating a student's performance or it is the continual assessments such as weekly assignments and projects that show a student's performance efficiently. In my opinion, weekly assignments, teamwork and projects are the most accurate ways to assess a student's performance. Standardized examinations could lack giving accurate results since there are many factors affecting a student's performance during exams such as their mood, motivation and interests.

Music probably with us since our early interactions. However, despite the fact that playing musical instruments is no longer considered a must for the youngsters, I wholeheartedly believe the significance of it is not as less crucial as the capacity of reading and writing.

However, with little understanding of health issues, they do not always choose wisely, leading some to suggest that schools be held accountable for these kids’ health. While I agree that schools ought to do more to educate students regarding their health, I believe it is ultimately the parents’ duty to ensure their children’s well-being by guiding them toward a healthier lifestyle.

There is a believe that bringing together people from different countries and cultural backgrounds can accelerate the advancement of a country. In my opinion, I strongly agree with this idea considering a general setting, having two or more people coming together with different views and skills will help achieve a better result, I will further support my view with some points.

Too much emphasis is placed on going university for academic education. People should be encouraged to do vocational training, because there is a lack of qualified tradespeople such as electricians or plumbers. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

By most people, vocational training is considered a dishonorable escape route for those who are not smart enough to attend colleges . Now that the scarcity of qualified craftsmen, such as construction workers, electricians or locksmiths is getting more acute, some have suggested that more people should be encouraged to undergo vocational training. From my point of view, I cast no doubt on the veracity of this statement.

Few individuals in a number of countries are of the school of thought that it is obligatory to spend a huge financial sum on building railroads for rapid train movement across cities while others hold a different opinion, believing it is best to enhance an already existing transport system with huge finances. In my opinion, large financial sum should be spent on constructing railway lines as this is the medium through which heavy duty luggage, diesel, fuel and gas are transported, as already existing public transport system can be maintained periodically.

Health is an essential thing that people have to sustain. However in these days, the invention of technology such as the computer and television has been influenced some people, especially in their healthy life. A lack of exercise is a detrimental effect of the innovation. Although the technology is appropriate to ease human activities, I utterly believe that sedentary activity such as watching screen can lead people to suffer obesity.
