Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Patterns used in conducting interview sessions varies from one firm to another. It is believed by certain individuals that informations hobbies, interest and marital status are irrelevant during job interviews. However, a significant others opposed this view. I am of the opinion that, personal details such as interest, passion and relationship status are vital to reducing in recruiting the right person and company and company's productivity.

Do you think that parents should be punished if their five-year-old child commits a crime? From what age should children be held responsible for their own behaviours?

Parents’ intervention can heavily influence a child’s personality and behaviour development. It is an interesting subject of discussion whether parents should be liable for their five-year-old child’s law offending behaviour or even subject to punishment, in my viewpoint, parents must be held responsible.

Some people believe that corporal punishment works better for children. These people claim that physical punishment is the most efficient way to teach discipline to youngsters. This essay will argue why beating children is never the right way to instil discipline in them.

In many countries today there are many highly qualified graduates without employment. What factors may have caused this situation and what, in your opinion, can/should be done about it?

There is a real issue that the highly educated student can not be employed after finishing university. It can be seen in many counties around the world. I strongly believe that there are a few reasons for that. Two of them are systems of education is not related to a real modern work process and universities do not follow the job trends.

There is a general talk that kids who are involved more in computers on a daily basis have more bad results. I agree with this statement as it creates a negative impact on the children. Let’s see how it generates problems.

Due to growing competition, schools and colleges are giving emphasis on quality education. While some people argue that the students are being taught more theoretical knowledge and facts I believe that practical skills are also an equally important part of their curriculum.

It is true that in the current era print and electronic media mostly broadcasts news on environmental, social and economic and other issues rather than highlighting progress that has been made. It is commonly believed by some people it is detrimental to people and societies and I completely agree with them.

It is true that some people contend that economic growth is the only solution to the global problems of hunger and poverty. Others, however, argue for an end to economic growth in order to conserve our environment. I agree completely with this second view.

The best way to deal with the rising traffic and transportation is to encourage people to live in cities rather than in suburbs or in the countryside. To what extent do you agree or diagree with this option?

When discussing the issue of increased traffic and transportation problems one should bear in mind the complexity of the issue. Some believe that encouraging people to move to bigger cities will not change traffic, becuase by increasing the popluation we increase the amount of cars used. Others, Including my self, agree with the above statement and think that people should move to major cities in order to avoid access use of cars. In this essay, I will provide examples and reasons to support my opinion.

Equality reduce the gap between peoples standard. Companies should be treated all employee in a same way such as grant same amount of holidays in a year. I, holistically, disagree with this viewpoint, because people doing job in different posts or groups so holidays should be depend on occupation.

Nowadays, with all of the development of social networks people are seeking for attention, fame, money. A lot of people are looking at the film stars and music celebrities with the envy, because we tend to think that being famous and popular equals being happy.

Old-fashioned cultures and technology developments always criss-cross their swords against at each other. Although I completely concede that technology developments will eclipse the old-styled cultures, I can agree to this view only with certain exceptions. This essay will discuss in detail in which cases technology will swallow the old cultures and in which cases it will not.

Learning a foreign language has many advantages including gathering knowledge of diverse cultures, better job prospects, faster cognitive development, effective communication skills and so on. Although, it is thought by some individuals that criminal activities is as a result of societal influence and penury, others however, believe its an outcome of inherent traits.
