Social media has replaced the traditional method of communicating and people use more and more of social media to communicate and follow news and events. Do you think that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

For the past two decades, technological inventions have greatly changed the world. There has been a transformation from conventional communicating methods to the use of digital technology for updates of events happening around the world. Though this gradual movement has many disadvantages like addiction to social media and lack of connections among people, the benefits of easy access to information, long distance communication and instant response have outweighed the downsides.

People nowadays are used to disposable items meaning that they use things for short time and throw them away. What do you think is the cause of this and what problems can it lead to?

The use of single-use products has become common around the world in recent years. This trend result from that disposable items are cheap, and that the demand for them is high. However, the use of single-use items threatens the environmental problems, including ocean pollution.

It is argued that our lives were more fulfilling when technology was less complex. This essay disagrees with this statement and believes that computers and the internet have made life much better because smartphones save us time and the internet has improved education.

There is an opinion that men enjoy a lot of opportunities more than women where they work and on transit. However, I strongly disagree with this viewpoint in as much as they are seen as a weaker sex and also, since pregnancy is concerned.

In recent decades, global warming has been receiving a great deal of media attention around the world. Although the idea of coexistence between climate change and humans appears plausible, we should find out other practical approaches to combat climate change in lieu of accepting it in the long run.

Most high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. Do you agree or disagree?

Although female workers constitute the majority of the employees in developed countries, most top-level positions in corporations are occupied by males. It is argued that a good solution for this phenomenon to allocate a certain quota for females to fill some of these positions. In this essay I will explain why I do not agree with this approach.

These days, it seems that more women are entering “male occupations” than ever before and vice versa. While some still hold to the conservative view that certain jobs are better performed by men and others by women, it is my personal belief that people of their sex are capable of doing any job effectively. In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of cars, resulting in traffic jams and pollution. It is believed that this problem can be solved by increasing petrol price, but I strongly disgaree. There are far better solutions to this problem.

There is an opinion that maketing and special offer is a strategy which could help in successfully operating a business. In my opinion, I completely affirm this viewpoint because it would help create awareness and also help in boosting sales of products.

Constructing better infrastructure for transportation is one of the major responsibilities of every government. Some people argue that a large portion of the budget should be allocated to the expansion of railways instead of roads. I agree with this notion to a larger extent, and the following paragraphs stand for my justification.

The governments' expenditure in different areas, particularly art and sport has always been criticized by people. Some argue that the budget should be allocated to promoting these subjects at schools, while others are in favor of funding them in a way that these activities become more accessible by the public. I am inclined to spend the money in moderation, because otherwise the future of arts and sport is likely to be jeopardized.

Most people have forgotten the meaning behind traditional or religious festivals; during festival periods, people nowadays only want to enjoy themselves. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Traditional festivals always lighten the darkened soul within us. Surprisingly, the majority of the people are devoid of the knowledge and its related significance in celebrating these festivals. They blindly party these festivities just for the sake of pleasure, without knowing the values behind it. Although I concede that, people have less knowledge about these religious events, we need to educate the importance of these festivities, to avoid erasing the roots of our culture and beliefs. This essay will explain how people can be better equipped in understanding their traditions.

Whether or not increasing use of the social networking websites casts a detrimental effect on society and people is debatable. Some people think that there are more pros to it than cons, while others believe otherwise. This essay will discuss why such sites have far more positive effect on an individual and the local communities than the negative.

Life is very precious, and many people die annually around the world as a result of reckless driving. Most of the experts believe that imposing heavy penalties for unlawfully driving is the better solution, whereas others argue that there should be other methods. I believe that the first argument is a better method. However, there should be other actions too to produce obedient drivers.

some people believe that unpaid community service should be a compulsory part of high school programmes (for example working for a charity, improving the neighborhood or teaching sports to younger children) To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Whilst a sector of the society is of the view that free community service ought to be mandatory in the high school curriculum, others have a diverse perspective. I am a staunch believer that the former point of view has a plethora of demerits to the students and to the unemployment percentage in the country. In the following lines, the justification for my claim will be further discussed.
