There are severe social consequences to housing shortages in cities and only the government can solve these problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In recent years, finding a place to live has become such a challenge. There are some people who believe that the scarcity of habitations can only be solved by our political leaders while others disagree. I tend to agree with the former point of view and I will support this idea in my essay.

In recent years, an interesting phenomenon has occurred on the internet: social media has grown as the most used tool among all others. While some people argue that this can cause massive havoc in the community and in each person, others disagree. I tend to agree with the former opinion and I will support my view with arguments in this essay.

An increasing number of people are concerned about environmental issues in recent decades. However, some people reckon that authorities and large corporations should shoulder all the responsibilities to tackle the issues, as normal persons can not undertake any action to help with it. In my view, I completely disagree with it for the following reasons.

Usage of mobile apps has become increasingly prevailing across mobile phone users. Nowadays, everyone is hugely dependent on software applications owing to their accessibility and low cost of downloading. Especially youngsters use numerous apps in their daily life for different purposes. While there are various reasons attributed to this habit such as these inventions save time and are best sources entertainment. Some parents argue that their children should steer clear of these techniques and I completely agree with this because time is precious therefor some other activities are important for them instead of using cell phones.

In this digitalised world, Advertisement plays a vital role to learn the current market trends. There must be some ethics followed and maintained by the promoters while growing up in their business. In this essay, I will put forth my thoughts about how advertising methods are handled improperly and also share some experiences to support it.

It is often argued that universities should give the students the necessary skills and knowledge needed for a job, whereas some feel that these institutions should educate only what is in their curriculum. I believe, it is the responsibility of the teachers in universities to provide needed techniques and education to work in a job place. In this essay I would state my points and what should be the main function of these institutions.

Technology has certainly changed the way students are being taught. Some people are of opinion that because of the latest technology online teaching should be the way going forward instead of actually sitting in a physical classroom. I do not agree with the given opinion and in this essay, I will explain the reasons why is that the case.

These days, cities are experiencing an unprecedented increase in size and population. Young people tend to want to live in urban areas due to its facilities of life. Along with the big volume of influx into capitals and scarcity of space, therefore, give concerns. While some are of the opinion that utilizing most of the area under construction is more important than the beauty of appearance, I would discuss that both are important, none of them is superior.

As everyone knows, the things or the situations that happen in our entire life could not desire our expectation; however, most of the people believe that it is better to deal with the problems, and find the practical methods that we could solve it to satisfy our needs, but some are not accepted this statement. Therefore, in this essay, I would like to explain both points of views either in positive and negative sides for several reasons.

Nowadays, authorities of many countries in the world are allocating huge funds for the conservation of the wildlife, many people advocate that the part of the finance budget that is spent for these kinds of projects should be used for solving the public issue. However, believe that governing bodies should invest in wildlife welfare schemes.
