A person’s worth nowadays seems to be judged according to social status and material possessions. Old-fashioned values, such as honour, kindness and trust, no longer seem important. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In today’s world, movie stars, pop icons, and elite rulers are admired by many. Given that they drive their worth from social status and personal wealth, we can say that the argument is true. Nonetheless, there are ordinary people that still uphold traditional values of honour, trust, and kindness.

In the past, people wore their traditional clothes and followed their culture. These days, most people wear similar clothes and therefore look very similar to one another. Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?

These days, people’s perspectives on the value of clothing are changing, and individuals tend to wear similar clothing compared to people in the past who opted for their traditional clothing. I believe this tendency exerts a positive influence on the society.

In school and university, different course is being studied. In context to the thesis, the female chooses art class while male usually opt to attend a science. This essay will explain the reasons behind tending different theme by male and female as well as providing evidence not to alter this trend. There are numerous reasons that support choices of scholar in attending varied classes.

It is believed by most people that a more effective way to encourage people to be hard working is to pay them based on their productivity, while a few others do not agree with this position. In my opinion, the best way to track output is to pay based on hard work from the employed people’s viewpoint and from the employer’s perspective.

It is certainly true that our society are tended to rely on many products from global companies, but some people believe that it could be ruining our subsistences. However, not all the effects of multinational ventures bring severe problems to us, although there are certainly some disadvantages to expand the companies on certain country.

A school of thought believes that by increasing the fuel price is the only method to curb world consumption of fuel and reduce pressure on the world's fuel resources. However, the other proportion of people tends to differ from this approach. In my opinion, I agree with the latter view as the fuel prices have already been raised over the decade or two, which did not impact the usage of fuel by the public. There are various other methods could help to reduce fuel consumption.

This essay disagrees with the argument completely as environmental problems can be approached from the grassroots. The essay will first look at how public awareness of environmental protection and intentional government intervention through environmental laws, sanctions and penalties can reduce degradation in the eco-system thereby, improving the lives of the people.
