Appointing a new employee in an organisation can often be a challenging task. Not only do we have to make sure that the recruit is adept in his field, but we also have to take care of his behavioural issues. While the recruiter evaluates a variety of aspects like qualification, experience and work ethic, many argue that personality should be given more emphasis than technical expertise. However, I believe that this does not always hold true.

Sales companies hire people for a specific job under the basis of their CV. Their education, experience and understanding of the job are important criteria get into the job. There is a debate that people with weak economic status makes better workers. I partially agree with the argument.

The majority of people are addicted and interested towards the junk food now-a-days. By taking that food regularly, it will detrimentally cause serious health issues. In order to decrease the health problem, people think that the debris food should be banned. However, I completely disagree to ban the instant food recipes. This essay will discuss and elaborate the essential reasons for not to discard fast eating products.

Whilst a sector of the society is of the view that watching movies and films at cinemas is quite enjoying, others argue that technological devices as mobile phones facilitate watching movies using them. I am a staunch believer that the latter point of view is advantageous for two quintessential reasons. Some people opine that it is better to make friends with people who share their likes and interests. Others opine that it is nice to have a friend who sometimes opposes their views. In my opinion, having friends who disagree with us on some topics can give us a better perspective of the situation we are in.

Humans are alive and well because of what they eat and without them having a taste of different produce from other cities, they will be malnourished. Some people are of the opinion that people should eat only food from their community and this essay disagrees with that suggestion.

No doubt, housing is of utmost importance to people. The fees for the house is on the increase and not affordable to many. So, according to some, the government should provide accommodation that is free for individuals who are not able to pay for it. In my opinion, I completely agree with this idea.

The mother tongue is certainly the most important for any person; however, in order to get ahead in life and career it has now imperative for a person to speak at least one foreign language. Hence, I agree with the given argument.

They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree? Which type of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement?

Many people argue about the right age for the retirement, according to some, it should be same for all, while others are of the opinion that the profession of an individual should be the criteria to choose the retirement age. In my opinion, for those who works in the industries which demand a high level of physical and mental work should be given early retirement and in this essay, I will provide arguments and examples to support my view.

Fees for higher education are expensive and not affordable for everyone, so according to some university should be free for all people, regardless of their background. In my opinion, offering everyone free higher education would be problematic and, therefore, should only be offered to certain individuals.

There are several reasons and causes of crime that can be clarified throughout this essay. In this essay, I will be discussing about the causes of crime.

It is quite paradoxical to know if Internet can sound the death knell for newspapers and magazines. I certainly disagree with this belief. In my vision, newspapers and magazines will always thrive even though, there are so many sharks such as the Internet or the Android conquering the digital platform. This essay will describe how the newspapers and magazines thrive against a stiff competition from the Internet.
